BARDSTOWN, Ky. — The ASCOT Awards, an international spirits competition created by spirits personality and veteran tasting judge Fred Minnick, has released its 2024 results, and The Bond won big:

• The Bond won Double Platinum in the Small Batch Bourbon – Up to 5 Years category.
• The Bond: Eternal won Gold in the Small Batch Bourbon – 6 to 10 Years category.

ASCOT (American Spirits Council of Tasters) Award judges are trained, experienced, long-time spirits professionals who have participated in numerous other tasting competitions. Entries are blind-tested and graded based on a series of criteria relating to appearance, aroma, taste, and finish. By receiving the Double Platinum distinction from the judges, The Bond has advanced to the live-streamed Championship Round where it will compete for the Best in Class title.

The Bond’s ASCOT Award wins come two weeks after The Bond and The Bond: Eternal were each awarded Gold Medals at the American Distilling Institute’s International Spirits Competition.
